BABY CRIB/ROLLAWAY BED

Our Front Desk Staff will be happy to deliver a complimentary crib to your guestroom.  Rollaway beds are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  There is a $10 per night charge for rollaway beds.

 

BREAKFAST 

Express Start ™ is a complimentary breakfast buffet available in the Hotel Great Room adjacent to the Lobby.  Breakfast is available from 6:30 a.m. through 9:30 a.m. daily.

 

BUSINESS CENTER

Located on the first floor in the Lobby.  Our business center is open 24 hours a day and is equipped with two computers, internet access, and printer service.  Printed pages are $0.25 each and they print to the Front Desk.

DRY CLEANING/VALET LAUNDRY

Same day service is available Monday-Friday.  Laundry left at the Front Desk by 6 a.m. will be available for pickup after 7 p.m.  Service is not available Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.  A laundry bag is located in your guestroom closet.  Dry Cleaning and Valet Laundry services are provided to our guests by an outside vendor.  The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from using this service.  There is a $25 minimum.

Our Fitness Center is located on the Second Floor, in the west corridor.  Available from 5:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily, our fitness center is equipped with a treadmill, an elliptical trainer, a recumbent bike, a multi-gym, and free weights.  Your room key is required for access.

Our Guest Laundry is located on the First Floor, in the west corridor and is available from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.  Our machines are coin operated and we offer two washers and two dryers. Cost is $2.00 per wash load, $2.00 per dryer load. Laundry supplies, including detergent, dryer sheets, and quarters are available at the front desk.  Your room key is required for access to the guest laundry room.

PET POLICY

Pets are allowed in designated guestrooms. Certain room types are NOT pet friendly. There is a $15.00 per night charge per room.  Service animals are not considered pets.  Pets may not be left alone in guestrooms at any time.  Owners are responsible for, and will be charged for, damage caused by pets.  Violations of our Pet Policy, or unregistered pets discovered in guest rooms will result in a $150.00 charge + damages. SHARPS DISPOSAL

Guests who have diabetes or other medical condition requiring injectable medication and/or treatment are aware of safe and proper disposal requirements for "sharps" (needles and lances).  Our hotel keeps sharps containers at the front desk.  Please bring your disposable sharps to the front desk, or contact housekeeping and ask them to bring the container to your room so you can properly and safely dispose of your used sharps.  Our hotel will hold guest financially accountable for medical costs and/or treatment of injuries to staff due to guest failure to properly dispose of sharps.  DO NOT dispose of sharps in guest room trash cans or leave used needles and lances in your guest room

SNACK SHOP

Located in the Lobby and open 24 hours a day.  Basic non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and microwavable meals are available as well as some basic sundry and over-the-counter medical supplies.

 

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the facilities.  This includes all public spaces inside the building and all guestroom.  Designated smoking areas are provided outside each entrance.  California law prohibits smoking within 20 feet of any entrance or window of the hotel.   Violation of our Smoking Policy will result in a $150.00 charge + damages.

 

SWIMMING POOL Dial 0

Located outside on the north side of the building.  Our pool is open year-round, from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily.  There is no lifeguard on duty.  Parents are required to be present, inside the fenced pool area at all times when their children are in the fenced pool area.  Both our pool and spa are Accessible with lifts for those who need them.  Because lift batteries need to be kept charged, they are stored at the hotel Front Desk.  Please call the front desk to request lift batteries be installed if you need to use the lifts.
